The brief
Make the most of a 39 × 60 ft plot with covered parking at ground level, a spacious family home above, and two homes that can be rented or given to family.
How it's built
- RCC frame with Fe500 steel; ready-mix concrete for the roof slab
- Foundation designed on the basis of a soil test
- Plinth raised above the road level
- Sump, septic tank, overhead tank and rainwater harvesting
- Terrace waterproofing with cool-roof tiles and proper drainage
- Compound wall and gate
