About us
The people who draw itare the people who build it.
Plinthscapes is a design and construction firm in Medavakkam, Chennai. Since 2020 we have designed and built homes, interiors and commercial spaces across Chennai and Tamil Nadu, with one team from the first drawing to the keys.
Why we started
Too many families build a house with one person drawing it, another building it, and nobody answering for the gap in between. Drawings get changed on site, costs creep up, and the house that is handed over is not quite the house that was promised.
We set up Plinthscapes to close that gap. The same team designs your home, prices it item by item, and checks it on site at every stage, so what gets built is what you approved.
How we work with you
Four things we hold ourselves to.
- 01
Clarity before commitment
An itemised quote with every material and brand, and a written agreement, before you pay for construction.
- 02
Pay for what you can see
Payments follow completed, checked stages of work, never ahead of them.
- 03
No silence
Photos and progress on WhatsApp every week, and a straight answer when you ask.
- 04
Design that holds up
Registered architects on our team design and check the work, so the house is built the way it was drawn.
The team
Designers, architects and site teams.
Our design team includes registered architects. Site supervisors run each project day to day, working with trusted, experienced contractor teams for each trade.
